General Information
The following information is about how your purchase arrives, how to look after it and if you're not completely happy with your purchase what to do about it ......
Delivery
All items purchased are delivered by Royal Mail’s ‘signed for special delivery’ within in the UK only, which requires a signature as proof of receipt at your designated address. Anything over 100 grammes will be priced accordingly. Every effort will be made to ensure that purchases are received within 7 working days sometimes this maybe longer as all items are handmade and may rely on third parties. In the majority of cases deliveries will be made in less than 3 working days . Responsibility cannot be taken for incorrect addresses supplied, world events such as pandemics or postal strikes. International delivery is not currently available.
Packaging
Your jewellery comes in a stylish black box with velveteen cushioned pad. Some items such as bangles will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper to minimise movement during travel. All packaging is recyclable.
Sizing
Bangles are sized in Small, Medium and Large. In the majority of cases the Medium size covers most individuals from UK size 8-14. Sizing is also personal to the individual on the comfort factor. I am a size 8 but have very small hands and so wear a Small size
After Care and Cleaning
How to look after your jewellery. As with everything in life your jewellery will become dirty and tarnished in time with the exposure to the elements and bodily excretions ..... This can be easily remedied with a few simple measures. All jewellery can be cleaned in warm soapy water(I use normal 'Fairy' washing up liquid. First soak your jewellery in hand hot water. Leave to soak for a while in a glass or ceramic container to loosen the dirt particles. Using a soft toothbrush (I use an electric toothbrush) gently clean around your jewellery item. In particular items with chains and wire clean around the links that connect to a pearl or charm. Take extra care with PEARLS as a product of mother nature pearls can scratch easily if not looked after properly. Never expose cultured pearls to harsh chemicals such as perfume or household cleaning items as this will affect the lustre and shine. Wash gently in a little washing up liquid and warm water, rinse and pat dry.
Returns and Exchanges. In the event you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact me in the first instance with the explanation for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item/s must be returned by ‘Special Delivery’ otherwise a refund or replacement cannot be issued. Any loss or damage to the item will be reflected in the refunded value. Refunds are not issued for breakage due to improper use, neglect, DIY or third party repairs.
Due to health and safety reasons, earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Data Protection I only use your contact information for delivering your purchase or contacting you regarding your purchase. Your data is never revealed to third parties or used for marketing.
Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item/s. Returns must apply as above.
